This policy describes what data JustOffersLister processes, why, and what rights you hold in relation to it. We collect as little as possible, retain nothing personally identifiable, and do not sell or broker visitor data to any party. Plain language throughout — no buried exceptions.
What This Site Collects and Why
JustOffersLister does not require account registration and does not collect names, email addresses, phone numbers, or payment details from visitors at any point. The only data processed during a standard visit is the kind generated automatically by any web connection: your approximate geographic location at country level, the browser and device type you are using, the pages you visit on this site, how long you spend on them, and the URL from which you arrived. This information is processed in aggregate form to help us understand how content is being used and whether the site is functioning correctly. No individual visitor is identified or profiled from this data.
Cookies — Types and Behaviour
This site uses two categories of cookies. The first category covers technically essential cookies: small files required for the site to load and display correctly across sessions. These cannot be disabled without affecting how the site functions. The second category covers analytics cookies placed by our third-party analytics provider. These cookies record anonymised interaction data — which pages were visited, in what sequence, and for how long — without creating a personal profile tied to you as an individual. Analytics cookies typically expire within 30 days of your last visit. You can instruct your browser to reject or delete all cookies at any time through its privacy or security settings. Doing so will not prevent you from reading any content on this site, since no login or session authentication is required.
Third-Party Data Flows
Two categories of third parties may interact with your data when you use this site. First, our analytics provider receives anonymised aggregated visit data as described above. We have selected a provider operating under a data processing agreement that complies with UK GDPR requirements, and the data is not used to build individual advertising profiles. Second, when you click an affiliate link and visit a listed operator, that operator's own tracking systems — which may include cookies, pixel tags, or fingerprinting methods — will activate on their platform. We do not control, receive, or have access to any data those operators collect from you after you leave this site. Before registering with any operator, we recommend reading their privacy policy independently. Their data practices are entirely separate from ours.
Affiliate Tracking Parameters
Each affiliate link on this site includes a unique tracking identifier appended at the point of click (referred to internally as a justID). This parameter allows the operator's affiliate system to attribute your visit to this site for commission purposes. The justID is a randomly generated alphanumeric string — it does not encode any personal information about you and cannot be used to re-identify you across sessions. It exists solely so that the affiliate platform can record that a click originated from JustOffersLister. We retain no log of which identifiers were generated or when.
Your Rights Under UK GDPR
Under UK GDPR, individuals have rights including the right to know what personal data is held about them, the right to request correction of inaccurate data, the right to request erasure of data where no legitimate processing ground remains, and the right to object to processing in certain circumstances. Because JustOffersLister collects no personally identifiable information directly, the practical scope of most of these rights in relation to this site is limited — in most cases, there is simply no personal record to access, correct, or erase. If you have clicked an affiliate link and wish to exercise rights over data held by a listed operator, those requests must be directed to that operator, as they are the data controller for any information collected on their platform. For data held by our analytics provider, you may contact that provider directly, as they operate under their own data controller obligations.
Data Retention and Security
Aggregate analytics data is retained for a rolling period of up to 13 months before being purged or anonymised further. No individual visit records are retained beyond what the analytics provider's own retention policy permits. We do not maintain any internal database of visitor records, email lists, or behavioural profiles. The site is served over HTTPS and does not accept user-submitted content that would create data storage obligations. Where third-party tools are used, we review their security posture and data handling commitments before integration.
Children and Minors
This site and all its content are intended exclusively for adults aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect data from, or direct content toward, individuals under 18. If you have reason to believe a minor has accessed this site and that any data relating to them has been collected by a third-party service in connection with that visit, please contact us and we will take reasonable steps to assist in addressing the issue through the relevant provider.
Changes to This Policy and Contact
This privacy notice will be updated if our data practices change in a way that affects visitors materially. Changes will be reflected with a revised review date at the top of this page.
